The South Korean Government Ministry of Unification has a blog over at naver.com which is well worth checking out. The blog, which can be accessed here, has some useful statistics on the recent flooding, including rainfall levels and number of people made homeless in each province. It also has some images of the flooding, which do look rather devastating.
The website also has a very interesting background which consists of two children drawing what seems to be a unification flag – a map of the Korean peninsula in a sky blue.
However, I notice the child coloring the southern half of the peninsula has a RED CRAYON in hand, threateningly poised, ready to descend upon the south at any time… is there any symbolism in this???

The man in the North also has a red jacket. This is what proves the conspiracy.
